ARE BUNGA365 EMPLOYEES ALLOWED TO PLAY ON THE SITE?
No Bunga365 employee or contractor is not allowed to play on Bunga365.com. This is to prevent any possible abuse and ensure fair play. In fact, the immediate relatives of such people also may not be allowed to play on Bunga365.
WHEN DOES THE GAME START?
In Poker Ring Game, the game would start when 2 players join the game table.
HOW TO WITHDRAW FROM THE GAME TABLE?
A player can withdraw from the game at any time after a deal is completed and join back again before the next deal starts.
To withdraw from the ring game click on leave table towards at the top right corner of the game table.
CAN I JOIN THE GAME WHEN IT IS IN PROGRESS?
Yes, in Ring Game Poker you can join the game at any time. However, if you join a table when a particular deal is in progress then you will have to wait till the on-going deal is completed i.e. you will be a part of the next deal only once the on-going deal is completed.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM BUY-IN?
The minimum buy-in for our No Limit poker table is 10 times the small blind (the bet on the first two betting rounds). For example, on a ₹10 / ₹20 table, the minimum buy-in would be ₹100.
WHAT HAPPENS IF TWO PLAYERS HAVE THE SAME HAND? HOW DO YOU DIVIDE THE POT?
- In Texas Hold’em, one player has [Ah Jc] and another player has [As Jd]. The final board is Ad Ts 8s 4h 2d. Both players have a pair of aces with J-T-8 kickers. They split the pot.
- In Texas Hold’em, one player has [Ah Jc] and another player has [As 2d]. The final board is Ad Kc Ts Th 2c. Both players have two pair, aces and tens, with a king kicker. They split the pot.
- In Texas Hold’em, one player has [Ah Ac], a second player has [8s 7s], and a third player has [5s 4h]. The final board is Th 9h 8d 7d 6c. All three players have a straight, ten high. This is called “playing the board”. They split the pot three ways.

IS THERE ANY LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF WITHDRAWALS I CAN MAKE ON BUNGA365.COM?
No there is no limit to the number of withdrawals you can make on Bunga365.com. However, the first 3 withdrawal requests per week are processed free of charge on Bunga365 and any subsequent withdrawal request per week will attract a processing fee of INR 50. The limit will reset at the beginning of every week on Monday.
Please note that this limit is applicable only on Approved and processed Withdrawals and does not apply to Withdrawal requests that you have cancelled.

Tournament Points (TPs) are used to buy into VIP tournaments on ClubWPT. All players start with a fixed amount of TPs (500) upon opening a VIP account. They cannot be reloaded, but will be automatically “topped up” once per day. TPs can be used as buy-in for certain tournaments and may be awarded for certain tournaments. TPs are non-transferable and have no cash value.
If your game or table fail to properly load, it is most likely due to the way your browser stores data, including images, in its cache. Clearing your cache will remove this old data, and any conflicts this old data may cause, and allow you to continue with your game. For your convenience, here are some helpful resources to walk you through the steps of how to clear your cache:
In order to cut down on player absenteeism, any player registered for a tournament at ClubWPT will be automatically eliminated twenty (20) minutes after the start of the game if no action was ever taken in that time. As long as one (1) action is taken within that time frame, you will not be automatically eliminated. So it would be advisable to at least take your seat and fold a hand, then sit out in order to avoid this action.
Log in to ClubWPT and go to “My Account.” Near the bottom of the right-hand column, you will see an option to connect your Facebook account. When you click on the link you’ll receive a pop-up from Facebook to share the information listed on the approval screen. Approve the request to link your ClubWPT and Facebook accounts.
Log in to ClubWPT and go to “My Account.' Select the unlink option from the bottom of the right-hand column. Unlinking your Facebook account will not affect your ClubWPT account.

VIP Members can play in both single-table and multi-table tournaments. At the beginning of each tournament, every player starts with the same number of chips, and the tournament continues until one player has accumulated all of the chips. Some tournaments are cash tournaments, in which the top performing players win cash prizes, while others are satellite tournaments, in which the top performing players win seats to larger prize pool tournaments. There are also tournaments which offer merchandise prizes. These prizes are not transferable.
Congratulations on your win! In order to claim and receive your prize, winners are required to provide the Club with the required eligibility information listed below. You only have to do this part one time! (As long as you don't move.)
Eligibility consists of Proof of Identity, Proof of Residency, and Proof of Age. All three of these requirements must be satisfied in order to claim your prize. The following forms of identification are acceptable:

Your prize will be processed upon receipt of information. You will be sent an email advising you of any unmet requirements or if you are ineligible for any reason. If you meet the eligibility requirements, we will advise you of when you should expect your prize to be mailed or shipped.
If any prize or prize notification is undeliverable, if the required documents are not returned in a timely manner, or in the event of noncompliance with any of the Terms & Conditions or addendums to, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
You can take advantage of the free two-week trial membership by signing up for a VIP membership. You will be required to provide a credit card or bank information, though you will not be charged during your free trial period. Simply cancel anytime within your first 14 days, and you will not be charged. You can change details about your address, email address, phone number, and your account security questions and answers. Login to your account and open the menu located in the upper left hand corner of the lobby area. Click on ‘Personal Information’ under ‘Information and Security’ and change the relevant info you wish to update. Click on ‘Update Profile' and you are done.

- First Time Player Bonus: First time players are given a one-time bonus of Play Chips on their first login to help get them started.
- Daily Top Off Bonus: The first time players log in each day, if their Play Chip balance is under 5,000 Play Chips, they will be topped off up so their balance is 5,000.
